It is possible to experience a temporary flush or a warm, tingling sensation throughout the body, known as a Niacin Flush. This will subside over time. Take Elevate with food to avoid the Niacin Flush.

Ingredients

Supplement Facts: Each serving contains 1 capsule, with 60 servings per container.

Each capsule includes 500 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), providing 20,833% of the daily value, and 400 mcg DFE of Folate (as 5-MTHF), meeting 100% of the daily value. It also contains 18 mg of Iron (as ferrous bisglycinate), 150 mcg of Iodine (from kelp), 20 mg of Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate), 10 mg of Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate), and 55 mcg of Selenium (as selenomethionine), all contributing to the recommended daily intake.

Additionally, the formula includes 50 mg of Choline (as choline bitartrate), 25 mg of Inositol, 100 mg of L-Glycine, 50 mg of Ginger Root Extract, and 50 mg of Organic Alfalfa Leaf Powder. These ingredients do not have established daily values but are included to support overall wellness.

Other ingredients include vegetable capsule (cellulose), rice flour, ascorbyl palmitate, and silica.
