Membership: The Fine Print

No changes/rescheduling within 24 hours of reserved appointment time (it’s not a problem to change your appointment if it’s within our 48hr notice period. We understand that life happens — sickness, work commitments and needing to reschedule is a fact of life!).

Membership booking fees are considered as included in the weekly payment plan. If more than one no show or late cancellation/reschedule occurs you forfeit  a treatment off your membership

We will accept one change to your booking as included with your booking fee.

If there are continuous no shows/late cancellations we reserve the right to cancel the membership.

For membership cancellations, all treatments/consultation performed will need to be paid for in full before cancellation.

If membership cancellation occurs before the membership is completed, the direct debit payments will be continued until the full value of each treatment received has been paid for.

Appointments can not be transferred to another person.

Membership payments will be conducted by direct deposit, as conducted by third party company GoCardless.com
